You’ll be responsible for implementing, supervising, and suggesting effective ways to direct the company’s marketing strategies. You will be a key role for the company’s branding, always ensuring that it represents itself in a consistent way through all its channels. You will also be the essential link between the sales department and the company’s direction, guaranteeing that it aligns both the marketing objectives and the commercial objectives.

The client’s satisfaction will be under your responsibility, that´s why we are looking for someone who is extremely involved in customer service and can also use analytic abilities to continuously improve our marketing strategies.

Marketing and communications

You will oversee the administration and maintenance of our industrial parks. Your primary role will be to identify the needs of our tenants and guarantee a service of quality that delivers total satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include supervision of infrastructure and services offered in the different parks. As well as coordinating with different teams to ensure an efficient operative environment. You will be the focal point which will resolve any operative problem and work closely with the tenants to guarantee an environment which will meet their expectations.

We are looking for a proactive professional, oriented towards customer service and effective management.

Operations

As a sales representative of SPH group you will coordinate and implement the commercialization of our products (sales, rents, and administration). This involves actively developing and following SPH’s commercial strategy through collaborators as intermediraries, as well as real estate advisors.

Your key role will work directly with associates, establishing solid and effective relationships, keeping one main goal in mind: to reach and exceed sales objectives both from sales and rents, having exceptional negotiation skills and strategic vision.

Sales

As an SPH New Projects leader you will be responsible for the development of a new park, including its design, planning, costs, construction and follow up. This role will be crucial to coordinate activities with all the different areas within the company. You will be able to evaluate risks and develop strategies throughout the execution of the project, guaranteeing its efficiency between the different stages.

Your leadership capacity will be crucial since you will be working with different teams and departments to reach the established objectives, this with the help of your analytic and strategic perspectives.

Development and Projects

Your position will oversee all the tax obligations as well as the financial results of the company.

Your responsibilities include management and precise registration of financial transactions, preparation of accounting records, and collaborating with the financial teams to keep a good financial health. You will guarantee that all the accounting activities meet all the requirements and applicable regulations.

Accounting and Financial Analysis

Your role will be fundamental within the organization, you will establish and supervise that all the employees follow the best practices and policies, which will provide them a safe and optimal development. You will assure that all objectives are met through SMART objectives, constructive feedback, and evaluate performance to enhance productivity. You will align your personal objectives with those of the company and recognize the achievements that contribute to the company’s success.
