SALES
As a Sales Manager at Grupo SPH, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the commercialization of our products (sales, leasing, and management). This includes developing and overseeing the company’s commercial strategy, both directly and through collaborations with intermediaries such as real estate agencies and advisors.
Your key role will involve closely working with these partners, building strong and effective relationships to achieve and exceed sales and leasing targets. Exceptional negotiation skills and a strategic vision will be essential for success.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
You will be responsible for effectively implementing, overseeing, and proposing marketing plans as defined by the company’s leadership. A key part of your role will be ensuring consistent and effective brand exposure across all channels.
You will act as the essential link between the sales department and company leadership, aligning marketing objectives with business results.

CONSTRUCTION
Your primary responsibility will be to closely monitor each ongoing project, ensuring that all suppliers meet planned milestones. You will oversee compliance with construction regulations and specifications, guaranteeing that deadlines and budgets are met.
We are looking for an experienced construction project manager who is results-oriented and committed to high-quality standards. Your ability to lead and coordinate teams efficiently will be crucial to the success of every initiative.
OPERATIONS
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our industrial parks, identifying tenants’ needs, and ensuring a high-quality service that guarantees total satisfaction.
Your duties will include supervising infrastructure and services, coordinating with different teams to maintain an efficient operational environment, and addressing any operational issues. You will work closely with tenants to ensure their expectations are met.We seek a proactive professional with excellent customer service orientation and strong management skills.
ACCOUNTING
