OUR HISTORY
Grupo SPH began 18 years ago with the vision of contributing to Mexico’s industrial growth while building a solid legacy for our founders. After our initial success, we started developing innovative investment opportunities with the same goal for other investors. Since then, we have established a model focused on profitability and stable rental income for our investor clients. Today, we manage a portfolio of over 100,000 m² and 445 warehouses in operation and development, reflecting our dedication and expertise.
